We require a 72 hour notice of cancellation if you cannot attend a workshop / training / event unless otherwise stated – in some cases we may ask for cancellation notice 7 days in advance of the scheduled date. Cancellation deadlines and tuition forwarding policies may vary depending on the type of workshop / training / event.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a workshop / training for which you paid in full and you have notified 57th Street Media within our cancellation window, the balance of your tuition (less the $100 non-refundable deposit) may be applied to the very next workshop / training scheduled of the same type for which you were originally registered. If you paid in full but failed to complete your voiceover lessons within 72 hours your investment is forfeited. If you started a program and become inactive by not completing training within a year, the tuition and all remaining lessons are zeroed out.
No refunds or tuition forwarding will be honored once the next workshop / training has ended (5:30pm) on the first full day of said workshop / training (or other end time stated in promotion or registration materials for said workshop).

** IMPORTANT ** Registration in any form is an agreement by you that you intend to participate in the scheduled workshop and / or training and that you further agree that the course tuition will be paid in full by the end of the first class. Registration is defined by registering for any workshop offered through this website or directly by 57th Street Media. If you do not attend a workshop / training / event without sufficient notification by telephone at least 72 hours prior to the start of the first class / training / event (or any other cancellation deadline stated), then your deposit or payment in full will be forfeited and cannot be applied to any future workshop / training / event.
